REAR POWER WINDOW MOTOR INSPECTION

Note

•   The rear power window motor is integrated with the rear power window regulator.

LH

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Disconnect the power window motor connector. (See REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Apply battery positive voltage and connect the ground to power window motor terminals A and F, and then inspect the power window motor operation.

•   If the power window motor does not operate as indicated in the table, replace it. (See REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Disconnect the power window motor connector. (See REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Apply battery positive voltage and connect the ground to power window motor terminals B and E, and then inspect the power window motor operation.

•   If the power window motor does not operate as indicated in the table, replace it. (See REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
