FRONT TURN LIGHT/PARKING LIGHT INSPECTION

Front turn light inspection

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Remove the front turn light/parking light. (See FRONT TURN LIGHT/PARKING LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Apply battery voltage to front turn light terminal B, and connect terminal C to ground.

4.  Verify that the LED illuminates.

•  If the LED does not turn on, replace the cluster switch. (See FRONT TURN LIGHT/PARKING LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

Parking light inspection

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Remove the front turn light/parking light. (See FRONT TURN LIGHT/PARKING LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

3.  Apply battery voltage to parking light terminal A, and connect terminal C to ground.

4.  Verify that the LED illuminates.

•  If the LED does not turn on, replace the cluster switch. (See FRONT TURN LIGHT/PARKING LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
