BONNET ADJUSTMENT [L3 TURBO]

Gap Adjustment

1. Remove the front fender.

2. Loosen the bonnet hinge installation bolts and reposition the bonnet.

3. Tighten the bolts.

4. Verify that the gap between the bonnet and the body is within the specification.

a: 2.5-4.5 mm {0.10-0.17 in}

Height Adjustment

1. Turn the stop rubber to adjust the height of the bonnet.

2. Verify that the height difference between the bonnet and the body is within the specification.

a: 3.0-6.0 mm {0.12-0.23 in}

b: 2.5-5.5 mm {0.10-0.22 in}

c: 3.1-6.1 mm {0.13-0.24 in}

d: 3.6-6.6 mm {0.15-0.25 in}

e: -1.0-1.0 mm {-0.04-0.04 in}
