1. Remove the trunk side upper trim.
2. Remove the trunk side trim cover.
3. Remove the screw, then remove the bracket.
4. Remove the cargo hooks.
5. Remove the fasteners, then remove the trunk side trim.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
