CHECK VALVE (INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM) INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0]

1.  Remove the check valve. (See CHECK VALVE (INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

2.  Verify that there is airflow through port B when pressure is applied from port A.

•  If there is no airflow, replace the check valve. (See CHECK VALVE (INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

3.  Verify that there is no airflow through port A when pressure is applied from port B.
