CHECK VALVE (INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM) REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0]

1.  Remove the engine cover. (See ENGINE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

2.  Remove the following parts. (See SIDE WALL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

•  Left wall (rear)

•  Rear wall

3.  Remove the seal cover. (See SEAL COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

4.  Remove the protector. (See SEAL COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

5.  Remove the bolt shown in the figure.

6.  Disconnect the clips shown in the figure.

7.  Remove using the procedure shown in the figure.

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

2	Check valve

Vacuum Hose Installation Note

1.  Install the vacuum hose as shown in the figure.
