EGR COOLER INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)

2.  Remove the EGR cooler. (See EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)

3.  Verify that there is airflow from port B when pressure is applied from port A.

•  If there is no airflow, replace the EGR cooler. (See EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)
