EGR TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-D 1.8]

Resistance Inspection
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)
2. Remove the EGR temperature sensor. (See EGR TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSPECTION [SKYACTIV-D 1.8].)
3. Place the detection part of the EGR temperature sensor in the water and while gradually increasing the water temperature, measure the resistance between EGR temperature sensor terminals A and C.
