Possible cause
|
• This does not indicate a malfunction since constant TCS or DSC control over an extended period of time is inhibited to protect the DSC solenoid valve inside the electronically controlled brake unit.

INSPECT ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED BRAKE UNIT FOR MALFUNCTION DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY
• Clear the DTC recorded in the memory.
(See CLEARING DTC.)
• Perform the DTC inspection for the electronically controlled brake unit.
(See DTC INSPECTION.)
• Is the same Pending DTC present?

Yes

Refer to the controller area network (CAN) malfunction diagnosis flow to inspect for a CAN communication error.
If the CAN communication is normal, replace the electronically controlled brake unit and perform the repair completion verification.

Go to the next step.

• Perform the DTC inspection.
