PID/DATA Monitor Inspection
1. Connect the M-MDS to the DLC-2.
2. Switch the ignition ON (engine off).
3. Display PID EGR_ACT and simulation item EGR_COMD using the M-MDS. (See PID/DATA MONITOR INSPECTION.)(See PID/DATA MONITOR TABLE [PCM (SKYACTIV-X)].)(See SIMULATION INSPECTION.)(See SIMULATION TABLE [PCM (SKYACTIV-X)].)
4. Verify that the PID EGR_ACT value conforms to the simulation item EGR_COMD value when the EGR valve opening angle simulation item EGR_COMD is driven using the simulation function.
