FLOOR UNDER COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Floor Under Cover No.1

1.  Lift up the vehicle.

2.  Remove the tunnel cover. (See MIDDLE PIPE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].) (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (E))].) (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-D 1.8].)

3.  Remove the gusset. (See FRONT CROSSMEMBER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [(E)].)

4.  Remove the bolts.

5.  Remove the fasteners.

6.  Remove the floor under cover No.1.

7.  Install in the reverse order of removal.

Floor Under Cover No.2

1.  Lift up the vehicle.

2.  Remove the bolts.

3.  Remove the fasteners and cap nuts.

4.  Remove the floor under cover No.2.

5.  When removing the bracket, perform the following procedure (2WD) (RH only):

(1)  Remove the Insulator (middle). (See EXHAUST SYSTEM INSULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].) (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-D 1.8].) (See EXHAUST SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G (WITH CYLINDER DEACTIVATION (E))].)

(2)  Remove the nuts.

(3)  Remove the bracket.

6.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
