1. Remove the main silencer. (See MAIN SILENCER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0])
2. Remove the insulator (rear). (See EXHAUST SYSTEM INSULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0])
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1. Install the charcoal canister bracket hook into the hole on the body.

2. Temporarily tighten nut A.
3. Temporarily tighten nuts B.
4. Completely tighten nut A.
5. Completely tighten nuts B.

Charcoal Canister (Main)
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)
2. Remove the main silencer. (See MAIN SILENCER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)
3. Remove the insulator (rear). (See EXHAUST SYSTEM INSULATOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-X 2.0].)
4. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

4. Completely tighten nut A.

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(E)].)
2. Remove the rear tire (RH). (See WHEEL AND TIRE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
3. Remove the rear splash shield (RH). (See SPLASH SHIELD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
4. Remove the cap nuts. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

5. Set the rear mudguard (RH) aside. (See MUDGUARD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
6. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
